Not all uses of Industrial Tricycles are alike. Many customers have special needs and requirements for which we offer the most complete choice of cycles and upgrades anywhere on earth! Since we manufacture Worksman Cycles in our own USA factory, we can offer a tremendous selection of options and upgrades which insure that the Worksman Cycles you order are just right for the job at hand. Your Worksman Cycle representative will gladly assist you in planning your order and detailing the options that are available. The standard tires on all Worksman Business Cycles are WTC Sup-r-tires. These are outstanding pneumatic (tire and tube) with a diamond tread pattern, 2.125 width and heavy duty side walls. However, in situations where flat tires are a concern, we offer several upgrades:

• WTC Kevlar Belted Sup-r-tires: a Kevlar Belt (same material as found in bullet proof vests) is molded into the tread to avoid most punctures
• Heavy Duty Puncture resistant tube upgrade
• Tire Sealant
• Exclusive WTC Nev-r-fail solid rubber tire upgrade (totally maintenance free and flat proof)
• White Wall WTC Sup-r-tire upgrade- add a little style to your Worksman Business Cycle with these classic wide white side wall tires

Does industrial equipment need to be drab and unexciting? Not at Worksman Cycles. We believe a splash of color can enliven an environment. More importantly, companies can differentiate their cycles by color-coding them. For example, your engineering department may be assigned Safety Yellow while the security department can be assigned a different color such as Safety Orange or Racing Red. Perhaps employees would enjoy selecting their own unique color so that their tricycle is easily identifiable. This helps them to take pride in their vehicle. For these reasons, Worksman Business Cycles are available 3 standard colors or 8 optional colors. In fact, on fleet orders we will gladly customize the color to meet a specific requirement. Why recently we made two-tone tricycles for a company to match their corporate colors. We are flexible to meet your needs!

In most instances, in factory applications, we recommend a single speed Worksman Business Cycles. However, all of our Business Cycles are available with a three-speed coaster brake upgrade. This is an internal gearing system with a trigger shifter mounted on the handlebar.

We also offer a choice of front gear sprockets that can create lower or higher gear ratios. For example, if a Maintenance Worker carries heavy tools on a Worksman Mover M2626-CB Tricycle with Nev-r-fail solid rubber tires, it might be wise to select a 32Tooth front gear sprocket, which would reduce the pedaling effort that is required for starting. We know that one cycle is not right for every rider or every application. That is why gear selection, tire options, multi-speed hubs are all available to create the cycle that is right for you or your company! Remember, Worksman Cycles aren’t made in China…they are made right here in the USA so we can create the right cycle for each customer.

There is no doubt that Worksman Business Cycles feature the most heavy-duty spoke wheels on the market. The exclusive WTC Clincher rim is beautifully designed with a rolled edge, dimpled spoke holes, steel that is 50% thicker than ordinary bicycle rims and finished in a highly polished chrome plate. Worksman Clincher rims happen to be used by many people who restore classic cars, vintage airplanes and Whizzer Motor Bikes. They are incredibly heavy duty. All Worksman Business Cycles feature extra thick 11 gauge (.120) spokes and industrial hubs. On our rear load tricycles (Mover and Adaptable Tricycle Series), front automotive type drum brakes are standard equipment. Worksman Wheels look as if they are designed for Motorcycles!

However, once again, we understand that our customers often have special requirements. Therefore, for many Worksman Business Cycles we offer the following Wheel exchanges:

• Welded Steel Mag Wheels
• Aluminum Worksman Clincher Rims
• Stainless Steel Spokes
• Painted Rims

All Worksman Business Cycles come with a standard double coil cruiser saddle with very thick padding for added comfort. The standard saddle is approximately 9" wide. For those who require a wider seating surface, we offer the extra-wide saddle upgrade (approximately 11.5").

A new backrest option is now available for the Adaptable, Executive, Industrial Bike (not recommended for men’s frame) and Front Load trike series.

All Worksman Industrial Bicycles (two wheelers), Front Load Tricycles, and Quadricycle, feature reliable sure stopping Coaster (foot type) Brakes. Adaptable Trikes and Mover come with Front Automotive Type Drum Brakes and we recommend the Coaster Brakes on these models as well for sure stopping power. As noted previously, 3 Speed Coaster Brake upgrades are available on all Worksman Business Cycles.
